Social media is helping bring the gospel to northern Africa.  It has led the younger generation to be open to faith in Christ. Christians can actively engage others on social media and lead them toward Jesus.

“This is a big opportunity, and this is happening,” an ICR field worker said. “Especially the young people are responding big time.”

Many young North Africans are fed up with Islam and are becoming atheists. Not all those atheists become Christians, but many do.

“The number of Christians in the region is not growing at the same pace as the number of atheists, but it’s growing in a very encouraging way,” the ICR field worker said.
